Return & Refund Policy

At Kink Collective, your satisfaction and privacy are important to us. Because we sell intimate personal-use products, our return policy is designed to protect the health, safety, and comfort of every customer.

All Sales Are Final on Intimate Products

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, worn, or unsealed items. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Adult toys and novelties

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel

  • Lubricants, oils, creams, honey, or enhancement products

  • Wearable items, pumps, strokers, masturbators, plugs, rings, harnesses, and similar products

  • Any item with broken, removed, or tampered packaging or safety seals

For hygiene and safety reasons, once an item leaves our possession, it cannot be resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly review claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

If approved, Kink Collective may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipping box, packaging materials, and product immediately. This helps us file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kink Collective is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used intimate products

  • Lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, or worn apparel

  • Lubricants, oils, gels, creams, honey, and enhancement products

  • Clearance, sale, promotional, or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items without original packaging or safety seals

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
